A toner is used most of the time to achieve a desired blonde. Toners cancel out unwanted colors in the hair. Depending on the outcome you want to achieve, you may need one.
Purple shampoo cancels out the yellow color in your hair after your toner fades. Blue shampoo cancels out orange. You can use purple/blue shampoo once a week or every two weeks. It usually depends on the current state and look of your hair. Too often and your hair will turn purple!
Everybody is different. Typically every 3 days is great. Natural oils from your scalp help keep your hair happy and healthy, which is why we don’t need to wash everyday!
Warm means you have the warm colors in your hair. Think of fire. Fire is yellow, orange and red, warm. If you have cool hair, think of ice. Ice is typically blue. Purple is also considered a “cool” color.
